These days Philadelphia abortion doctor Kermit Gosnell is on trial for 8 counts of murder resulting from abortions he had performed. One charge relates to a mother who died while under his care. The other seven counts are all first degree murder charges relating to seven babies being killed after being born alive in his clinic's delivery room.
