Political gurus get paid big bucks to "figure" this stuff out... FACT: 47% of American taxpayers do not pay any Federal Income Tax. LATEST GALLUP POLL: 46% of Americans are not following the IRS scandal. I got a feeling the 1% difference is just polling margin of error.
