The following is inspired by Mark Steyn.
It's been almost fourteen years since 9-11. Fourteen years since nearly 3,000 people were killed by Muslim terrorists. We all said we would never forget and I'm sure anyone old enough to remember seeing the twin towers burning will never forget.
We've been at war for fourteen long years and our brave military men and and women are still dying in Afghanistan. But hey, our homeland security is much better than it was back then. Maybe it's time we quit fighting Muslim terrorists in foreign lands and just stay quiet for a while.
Christians around the world are being killed just because they profess their faith publicly. Muslim terrorists recently stormed Garissa University in northeastern Kenya and gunned down 147 students just because they were Christians. Maybe Christians should not be so vocal praising Jesus and just stay quiet for a while.
Just last week, Pam Geller, an anti-Islamic activist, promoted a cartoon exhibition featuring controversial cartoons of the Muslim Prophet Mohammed. Two Muslim terrorists showed up intending to kill as many people as possible. Perhaps Pam Geller should tone down her anti-Islamic rhetoric and just stay quiet for a while.
Maybe I shouldn't blog so much about Muslim terrorists and just stay quiet for a while.
But I told myself eleven years ago that I would never forget. So, I remember Mohammed Atta. You remember him, don't you? He was the Egyptian hijacker and one of the ringleaders on September 11. He's the one who flew American Airlines flight 11 into the North Tower of the World Trade Center. He's the Muslim terrorist who told the passengers on that plane, "Just stay quiet and you'll be okay".
